ABOUT THE CENTER
Deepashri Rehabilitation center was earlier running at Nagarbhavi since 07-04-2013 to 31-05-2021 providing residential facilities with Medical & Nursing care. It has shifted to Nagadevanahalli on 31st of May 2021. It is especially for bed ridden, terminally ill, palliative cancer patients, post head injury, stroke, mentally disorder etc. Also providing care for mentally retarded patients, regular checkups, treatments, physiotherapy. Ambulance and other required facilities are provided in fully ordered manner.
The center is semi furnished private, semi private, triplets rooms with TV , attached toilet, Hot water for bathing, laundry for washing clothes for the residents 24×7 Medical and nursing services, ventilated corridor, three times a day tasty and hygiene vegetarian food, twice coffee/tea, Physiotherapy, Recreation activities like Yoga, Paper cutting, meditation, Candle making, Puzzle, Crafting, Painting etc

Bed Ridden Patients with Tracheotomy Tube, Ryles Tube, Peg, Catheter, Bed Sore etc.,
Nursing Care
Checking of Vital signs :
- Temperature, Pulse, Respiration and Blood Pressure.
- Tepid sponge to adults and children for High Fever.
- Big and small dressings, Suture removal.
- Teaching and Training patient’s relative to Wash & Dress Big Wounds.
- Illeostomy / Colostomy care and Irrigation, Care of Tracheostomy Tube.
- Care of Unconscious Patients, Care of Mouth, Hair, Skin.
Prevention of:
- Pressure Sores, Chest complications Contractures.
- Pediculosis Treatment for Bed Ridden Patient.
- Ryles Tube Insertion and Feed, Ryles Tube Removal.
- Gastrostomy Feeds, Enemas, Suppository application.
- Injections, IM, IV, Insertion of IV Line, Blood Glucose Monitoring.
- Steam Inhalation, Nebulisation, Bladder Catheterisation.
